returns & exchanges
because of the nature of our products, all lip balm purchases are final. for hygiene and safety reasons we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
that said, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out and we’ll make it right. just send us your order number and a brief description of the issue at cavancosmetics@gmail.com and we’ll take it from there.
shipping
once your order has been handed off to usps, delivery is in their hands. we aren’t able to control delays, lost packages, or damage that happens in transit, so for tracking updates or delivery concerns usps will be your best point of contact.
if your tracking shows delivered but nothing’s arrived, usps can open an investigation on your behalf.
