hi! i’m grace, the founder of cavan cosmetics.

cavan is my middle name, taken from county cavan in ireland, where much of my family is from. it’s a name i’ve always wanted to do something with, and this brand is my way of honoring it. something rooted in care and intention.

i have always had a passion for the arts. theatre, music, painting, learning to make something from nothing. that same curiosity eventually led me to pay closer attention to the products we reach for every day.

i started thinking more about how cosmetics are made, what they’re made from, and what happens to them when we’re finished with them. i wanted to create something beautiful without adding more unnecessary waste.

each balm is hand-crafted in small batches with 8 nourishing ingredients and packaged in hand-painted paper tubes. i love making things by hand, and i think there’s something special about knowing a real person made what you’re holding.

my hope is that cavan brings a little joy to your routine and maybe sparks a conversation about how we make things, and why it matters.
